I think everyone should strive for true expertise in something. I find great joy in sharing with clients my dedicated expertise in options for long term home care and utilizing the New York State Medicaid system to reach this goal. I have worked with seniors and their families since 1991. My greatest value:

Why use Colin? Colin has extensive experience navigating the maze of long term care planning. She knows which options work best for each client’s situation, the financial costs, and how to pay for them without bankrupting the elderly or their families. After all, she has been doing this for over 30 years.

Colin understands the intricacies of the long term care system—from filling out applications properly to protecting assets and finding the best local resources to meet the long term care needs for you or your loved ones.
With her background as a social worker, Colin understands the emotional strain that planning and managing long term care can be, especially for adult caregivers who feel overwhelmed and confused trying to do the process themselves. She is a great source of information, a good listener, and the person her clients can rely when they want to know “what do I do next?”

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 30 years working exclusively with the aging population and their caregivers.

I earned my social work degree at Columbia University.

I have a decades of experience navigating the New York State Medicaid system. This has become a vital resource for many of my clients.

Because of my extensive knowledge of Medicaid. I am a preferred provider vs. others who practice geriatric care management.
